AhlulBayt News Agency: Iranian authorities have strongly denounced an Israeli airstrike targeting a section of the country's Foreign Ministry compound, calling it a deliberate act of aggression and a clear violation of international law.
According to Mehr, Saeed Khatibzadeh, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, confirmed that the Israeli regime carried out a “brutal and intentional” attack on one of the ministry's facilities, resulting in injuries to several civilians, including ministry staff. The wounded were transported to a nearby hospital for medical treatment.
“This heinous assault is yet another undeniable war crime and a continuation of the Zionist regime's systematic hostility toward the Islamic Republic of Iran,” Khatibzadeh stated.
Iranian officials have emphasized that the targeting of diplomatic infrastructure during peacetime constitutes a serious breach of international norms and warned that such actions will not go unanswered.
